Hemorrhoid: Sounds like its a thrombosed hemorrhoid and this is very painful and may not be successfully reduced. Please see your doctor for further advice.

Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids develop when sinusoid plexus present in anal canal for cushions get swollen or thrombosed. Though exact cause is not known, incidence and symptoms can be relieved by increasing fiber intake, increased water intake , avoid constipation, avoid sitting on toilet seat for prolonged period, One can take prunes or laxative, sitz bath and local steroid cream.
