Hello team, for the last 6 months or so i have experienced discomfort when pooping, sometimes the discomfort is only when i go, other times i have a burning sensation for a few hours - external exam is clear, could this be internal haemorrhoids? tku?

Discomfort: That is one possibility - especially if constipated. Exam with visualization would help to determine cause.
