Not unexpected : Recovery from COVID19 is very variable - some are better in a few days, others can take many weeks or even a few months to recover. We don’t understand why and don’t understand how to treat these lingering symptoms. Continuing your exercise routine does not seem to be harmful (and may even help). All kinds of vitamins and supplements appear to make no difference Good luck

COVID 19: Agree with Dr. Lentnek. Many people are experiencing fatigue & weakness for long periods of time after COVID 19 infections. I would encourage you to pace your physical activity. Many physicians are recommending "Post- COVID 19" assessments for people who continue to have significant after-effects.
