Hi i tested positive for covid-19 and i've been isolating and taking my medication. the last 2 days however, i've been getting this drowning feeling and it is better when i sit up. i looked it up and it could be pulmonary edema. what can i do?

Covid: This is clearly a breathing issue. I suggest that you get an XRay of the chest done as soon as you can. With COVID you can decompensate quite quickly. Also if you have the ability check your oxygen sat (home probes are about $20-$30

Problems breathing : Go to the emergency room. Sounds like you need your lung evaluated. It can be pneumonia or pulmonary edema. COVID 19 can cause lung clots too.
