I tested positive for covid 19. i have been sick for about 3 weeks but only got tested 14 days ago. i be an feeling better on friday, saturday and sunday. but yesterday i started feeling sick again. i have pain in my back by my lungs. ?

Be seen: COVID or not if you have been ill for 14 days and have back and lung pain you probably have a pneumonia of some type or at least need to be evaluated for it.

COVID 19: I agree with earlier response and recommend that you be reassessed by your physician. You could have a secondary infection or this could be a COVID 19 complication.
