Maybe/not: Early in the pandemic repeat testing was often used to clear folks. However this has declined over time as we had more experience with the disorder. The problem with the test is it verifies the genetic footprint of the germ, not that it is contagious. The CDC not recommends the 7-10 day isolation without follow up tests. It may still be used in your country. Ask local officials.

Up to you: You can retest, however, you may still test + and need more testing to see if you have cleared all the virus from your body if still +, once you are 7-10 days past no symptoms you should be free of virus -would definitely test then...
