COVID positive : Usually, young women do very well with COVID 19. I can't comment on the effects on your unborn child, it is not my expertise. You should see a doctor via telemedicine

Go to ER....: You need to be evaluated in the emergency room because dehydration can happen quickly with your symptoms and be a health risk to your developing fetus. Lab work can be obtained and you can get IV fluids, if needed, to re-hydrate you. Tests for the pregnancy can also be done. So, go to the nearest emergency room for evaluation/treatment.
