COVID positive : Usually, young women do very well with COVID 19. I can't comment on the effects on your unborn child, it is not my expertise. You should see a doctor via telemedicine

COVID 19: Hydrate well with non-caffeinated fluids. Let your obstetrician know. Rest & quarantine . May use acetaminophen for pain/ fever or saline for nasal irrigation. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure, new onset confusion or for significant dehydration.

Hydrdation/rest: Follow up with your OB specialist, have a flu vaccine and monitor your breathing. if you develop respiratory difficulty, please see the Emergency room. Your symptom indicate a risk for dehydration. Please drink fluids, take Tylenol for fever.
