If i got the flu shot and covid shot together, how long can i expect a reaction. this is the 2nd day and my arm is sore, i'm fatigued, and have diarrhea (but also very anxious and ovulating). i didn't have a reaction yesterday except chills?

The arm pain may last a bit longer but, if your other symptoms are related to the vaccines, they typically resolve over 2-4 days or so. If the symptoms are improving each day, it is likely due to the vaccines. If the symptoms are worsening, you should see your doctor. It is good that you got the vaccines. Best of luck to you!

Agree with Dr. Ferranti. For pain you may take acetaminophen, no more 3 g in one day, no alcohol. For diarrhea you may take PeptoBismol or Imodium. If either symptom persists beyond a couple of days, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
