Possibly: The only way to be sure, is to do a Covid test: I can surmise that you are ill, and possibly contagious due to an infection, however it could be any number of illnesses not just Covid. I would recommend seeing your doctor. Since you “could” have Covid, take all the precautions you normally would until you have seen your Dr. Quarantine yourself as much as possible till you are feeling well again.
