Sinusitis?: Tightening pain in head could be a sinus infection/inflammation. As the body responds, lymph nodes at neck can become inflammed and cause head/face/neck pain as well as an overall feeling of fatigue and low fever. Try a nasal saline wash followed by an oral decongestant/spray decongestant. Use Acetaminophen for pain. See a Dr if it does not resolve in 3-5 days
