Persistent headaches can be due to sinusitis which needs treatment with antibiotics, migraines or more serious brain issues like pseudotumor cerebri, autoimmune conditions, subclinical herpes simplex I infection, lyme disease,glaucoma, rarely aneurysms( rare at your age) tumors.
