Maybe: You should be concerned if your hearing has changed. Did you have a lot of wax? Did you use any instruments or swabs in your ear. Any of those things can affect the ear drum & cause symptoms. If the symptoms do not abate after 24 hours or get worse or you become quite dizzy see your physician right away
