Trust yourself: That blood pressure may be low for you as many people as they age need slightly higher blood pressure to function, though by most standards people would say those readings are acceptable. Trust yourself. If you do not feel well contact your physician and get advice from someone who knows your case but follow your feelings and take care of yourself and get help.

Oncology: Your actual symptoms are more worrisome than the blood pressure and your oncologist and/or your PCP should be aware of your symptoms. Timing to possible treatment is also important as dehydration, among others, following treatment is relatively common and patients need many times outpatient iv hydration.
