i have a panic disorder, i've had very high bp and heart rate. blood pressure comes down when i am relaxed. is high bp a symptom of lung cancer? or any other cancer?

Rarely: Pheochormocytoma, a tumor of adrenal gland, can cause the symptoms you described. It would be prudent to discuss that with your doctor. Wish you good health!
