Possible, but...: MS is a clinical diagnosis which can be supported by MRI findings meeting certain criteria. Your films, on their own are nonspecific, and not definitive, and can be correlative of a number of diagnoses including smoking, prior head injury, hypertension, diabetes. Discuss all of this in detail with your neurologist. You may need a spinal tap to get this all answered.
