Wow. Lots of palpitations over the last year BUT I JUST FOUND OUT HOW TO MAKE IT HAPPEN ON COMMAND. Laying on left side even propped up, if i reach my right arm over my chest and almost squeeze my pecs together, boom, heart pumps hard flutters. Why?
