Hello so currently my stomach is just gurlgling alot and i have been burping and as well having heart palpitations(palps ~4months) this morning i noticed my belly button bleeding. 3~ days sounds like a sponge being squeezed in chest but no pain.

Time to see a doctor: A college-aged man who feels palpitations should be checked by his primary care doctor (family medicine or internal medicine) to make sure his body is ok from a general check-up point of view, and to listen to his heart. It could be that his heart is beating irregularly for a minor reason or a serious reason. No guessing here. His doctor can figure out the other symptoms too.
