Anxiety/panic attack: In light of normal evaluation twice in ER, it's time for you to see your Family Doc and discuss possibility of anxiety and/or panic attack as cause of symptoms. PS Avoid benzodiazepines if possible b/c highly addictive

I went to ER because of chest tightness. They did two EKGs, chest x-ray, blood tests, bp, heart rate, etc. All fine. Can severe anxiety cause that?
