Anxiety/panic attack: In light of normal evaluation twice in ER, it's time for you to see your Family Doc and discuss possibility of anxiety and/or panic attack as cause of symptoms. Check out http://www.webmd.com/anxiety-panic/guide/mental-health-panic-disorder & http://www.adaa.org/understanding-anxiety/panic-disorder-agoraphobia for more info. Good luck! PS Avoid benzodiazepines if possible b/c highly addictive
