Normal: Totally normal. As the baby grows in your uterus, the location may vary according to your specific physiology. Some women carry widthwise, some carry straight out. During the second trimester, the baby is still relatively high in your abdomen and may feel like it is sitting on your internal organs, closer to delivery, the baby moves down and into your pelvic region.
