Fetal growth: Your provider is telling you that the fetus is fine most likely because the measurements are increasing in appropriate increments. The perception of "bigness" varies from person to person and pregnancy to pregnancy. As long as your provider has been following the growth of your fetus and seems fine with it, then, I would be reassured.
