See doc : Sharp pain in the abdomen is not normal and needs to be further investigated. The fact that the pain is triggered by movement suggests a musculoskeletal origin. There is likely a degree of chronic constipation that will need to be addressed. Congrats on the baby, mom needs to be strong to take care of the baby.
