Dx crohns disease 20yrs already. had my colonoscopy yesterday and stricture has got worse. it is now a pinhole. stricture made up of fibrosis and inflammation combined. choices are multiple colonscope dilations or a third resection. advice?

Stricture: which way to proceed is really based on how aggressive you to be. If the GI doctor feels that he could successfully dilate then that is the way to go rather than another surgery. Risks are higher as another surgery in the light of previous surgeries means more extensive scar tissue etc...
