What did culture say: If culture ok then need a abdominal , pelvic cat scan and a more detailed history.

Hospital-pyelonephritis. UTI, SIRS. IVH antibiotics. Discharged at home treatment, bactrim, levaquin, cipro within 2 months. e-coli ESBL &UTI. Cleared but now have gamma non-hemolytic streptococcus. Should this be treated?
Took cipro for uti - no improvement in symptoms. Got a urinalysis and nitrites present - now on bactrim. Culture came back neg but I still have sympto?
Finished a 7 day course of bactrim for a P. mirabilis UTI. Still having low fever (99.6-100.1) and urinary discomfort. Kidneys are fine. I'm high risk for C. diff so don't want to take cipro (or amox) if possible. Anything else to try/more bactrim?
Uti wont go away. Taken bactrim, then cipro, (ciprofloxacin) symptoms persist. Doc is doing urine culture. Do you think probiotic or d-mannose would help me?
