No it would not. Cloudy urine from time to time is entirely normal, not cause by infection or medications. Usually it is related to food and fluid intake, causing phosphate crystals in the urine. Try adding a few drops of acid (like vinegar or lemon juice) to a urine sample; if phosphates, the urine will instantaneously become clear.
