My baby has a cold, runny nose and sneezing. no fever. im giving ponstan and iliaden. we are using a babyvac and nebulizer containing saline water. is this ok? as it does not seem like its working

Basics: OTC cold remedies have been found to do little more than give you something to do. They have been removed from recommended rx in kids under 6 in the USA for decades. The suction & nebs are okay but likely unnecessary. Colds will run a predictable increase/decrease in symptoms over a week or so regardless. Comfort feeds/hugs are the best Rx.
