Runny nose: Use a humidifier or vaporizer in his room.Use saline ( salt water) nose drops 4 times daily. Raise his mattress or bed up so he is sleeping on an angle

?irritants?: The first months are troubled by narrow nasal passages aggravated by exposure to dust, fragrences, smoke & other irritants.Baby tries to flush these out of the nose with mucous but this often ends as congestion & produces drainage & cough. The best rx is washing out the nose with saline & suctioning the remainder. Eliminate irritants from babies environment & this will happen less.
