High fevers: This is an age where high fevers are common most commonly with viral illnesses. With congestion and runny nose along with not sleeping well there is the possibility of an early ear infection. Most fevers from viral illnesses last about 3 days and if over 101 degrees, treating with Tylenol (acetaminophen) will help him feel better. Have him seen by his doctor Monday if he is still not feeling well.
