What should we do in the event our 2 year old has a blocked nose, wet cough and has disturbed sleep but no fever. ?

Nasal wash out: They make a nasal saline that can be used to wash out the irritants inside the nose that lead to swelling. Making sure to remove fumes/perfumes/dust/and other airborne irritants from his environment will also help.
