2y ago,i was swimming in tunisia,i felt a bit on my back, when i checked it was a tiny unidentifiable transparent insect the following day a bump appeared on the spot,it had no color.now after 2y it's greenish but doesn't hurt.can it be serious?

Bites: This sounds like beach sand flies or mites. They are seen on many beaches in the world. Its been 2 years since the bite so its unlikely to be anything serious. If you do not like to see it then it can easily be excised.
