I have a small round spot on the back of my thigh that has small whitish bumps all in it and it is sore. this isn't the first time i have had this happen just thought it was a bug bite but since it keeps coming back i'm not really sure what it is ?

Viral Vrs bacterial: It is best to have your physician look at the bump but in short the bump sounds like a viral or bacterial infection. As it seems it recurs in the same spot this is most likely a viral infection. The treatment would be depending on the for sure diagnosis which is why you should see your doctor when the bump is active and has not been manipulated in any way.
