Viral Vrs bacterial: It is best to have your physician look at the bump but in short the bump sounds like a viral or bacterial infection. As it seems it recurs in the same spot this is most likely a viral infection. The treatment would be depending on the for sure diagnosis which is why you should see your doctor when the bump is active and has not been manipulated in any way.
