Low: At your age parotid cancer would be very unlikely. The area you describe sounds more like a cyst.

Parotid cancer: is less likely.However presence of pain with a benign cyst or lipoma or drainage is an indication for evaluation. It may have secondary infection or may need excisional biopsy
