In my life nothing used to work. for example, when i run, my anxiety doesn't decrease. but when i started taking concerta (adhd med) and ran again whilst being on concerta, my anxiety did decrease and i felt it. why is this happening to me ?

ADHD: ADHD is a disorder where hyperactivity or lack of focus makes it difficult to do normal things. The chaos creates anxiety. Concerta causes the ADHD person to revert back to a relaxed, focused state which allows for accomplishment of normal tasks as well as a decrease of anxiousness as the chaos is reduced.
