Normal: The most common side effect of Zoely is the lack of periods. Because of the elevated levels of progesterone due to the new pills, your body will no build up uterine lining as is normal. This will result in minimal or no periods. If you are concerned about having no periods, or want to have a monthly period, talk to your Dr about switching you to a regular combination hormone oral contraceptive.
