It Depends: I am sorry to hear about the bleeding. The brown blood is likely just old blood that is now leaving your body. Likely this will pass with time (about another 3-4 days). But if you have lower abdominal pain, tenderness or a fever (>101.3F or 38.5C) then I would be concerned. If you continue to bleed for more than 14 days or if you develop a fever (>101.3F) or have abdominal pain than see a doc.
