Variation: Some cycles are different form the rest. Maybe this is just a variation and all will be normal next month. It is however, safer to do a pregnancy test specially since you have an IUD. If the test is negative and the spotting is persistent next cycle, then see your doctor. If test is positive, see a doctor right away.
