That's safe: I'm assuming you are otherwise healthy. It is probably not doing you any good or any harm. Very high doses can produce oxalate toxicity and ruin your kidneys. I think every physician here will agree with me that health doesn't come out of a pill bottle. You're in the prime of your manhood -- perhaps you are already undertaking, or considering, a major fitness ccommitment. More good than vitamins.
