I tested positive for covid-19 on january 6, after having symptoms including headache, chest tightness, fatigue & diarrhea. when i wake up & whenever i bend down, it feels like there's fluid in my sinuses causing a terrible headache. should i worry?

COVID 19: COVID 19 can cause inflammation & infection of sinuses. Rest, hydrate, quarantine. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Zinc, vitamin C & D supplements may be helpful. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

Agree with Dr. F: Steam/vapor inhalation may help in clearing the sinuses. You may take paracetamol for pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. Wish you good health!
