The bladder and urinary opening is right next to the vagina and get irritated during vaginitis and give UTI like symptoms. Once the vaginitis heals all your symptoms will go away

No UTI. Frequent urination and only a little comes out. Pee sinks to the bottom. No burning. Just weird feeling in abdomen that I need to pee. ?
I was put on levofloaxcin for prostatitis even tho all UTI test were negative.but the meds seem to be helping the burning after pee I was having in perineum. It cause headaches a lil. Could this be a fix because the bacteria just didnt show?
