My wife had covid back in march. does that mean that i also must have had it too? we didnt distance at all, as we didnt know at the time that she had it?

Test: Was she proven to have it by test or has she had subsequent antibody test proving exposure. Everyone is different and though probable you may have had it only way to prove is by antibody test showing exposure and possible immunity. Also though rare reinfection does seem to be possible so knowing your immunity status would be helpful for both of you.

COVID 19: You may have been infected with no or few symptoms. Or you might not have become infected. Antibody serum test can show retrospectively if your were infected at some point.
