Little or no risk: Properly cleaned sex toys are not known to transmit chlamydia or any other STD. The causitive organisms probably cannot survive cleaning, regadless of surface pores etc. STD transmission requires exposure to large numbers of the causative bacteria or viruses; if they do survive in small numbers probably there is still no transmission risk (unlike infections transmitted by some GI endoscopes).
