Do i have an std? i had sex with my fianc for the first time and now shes feeling itchy down there. i tested negative for chlamydia, gonnorhea, mycoplasma. havent had sex in 2+ years. could this be a coincidental yeast infection?

No, I do not think you have STD and transmit the disease to your fiance during the first sexual contact. Itching alone is not enough to make the diagnosis of vaginitis, either fungal or bacterial. She can use warm sitz bath 10-15 minutes, several times a day and avoid douching. If symptom does not improve in 2 days and vaginal discharge or urinary symptom appears, she should see her doctor.

Just feeling itchy does not mean she has an infection sp. as you tested neg. Yeast infection is seldom acquired by sex If worried she should see her MD
