I have been struggling with what i thought was a sinusitis, post nasal drip etc for about a week, but this morning i cannot smell anything. my doctor is closed and nhc bryanston is fully booked today. can i just go for a covid test or need a rederral?

Where live?: It entirely depends on where you live in the world. Some countries require medical evaluation and "an order " to get Covid19 testing. Many places in the USA have gone to on demand testing, where you can just drive up and get tested. If any questions about your area, call a local health department.
