Could be COVID 19: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher with at least 2 of these sx’s: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.

My energy levels are very low, i did cough this morning but was once or twice and not constant. I have a headache that doesnt seem to be going away and my body aches. My concern is whether i have early symptoms of Covid and need to get a test.
I tested positive for Covid on 15th April. First symptom (Fever and body ache) on 13th April. On 11th and 12th April, I also had rectal bleeding. Took medicines for 5 days and there was no bleeding until 29th April. Again no bleeding but have cough?
