Is nasal congestion a symptom of covid - 19 ? no other symptoms having cold for a long time ( having sinusitis )?

Varying presentation: Since COVID-19 may be so different from case to case, it is difficult to say with assurance whether common symptoms are exclusionary. Yes, I would assume you have a cold or sinusitis, but it it persists or gets worse, very prudent to get a PCR test.
