I have lost my smell and taste and my nose is closed since saturday morning. no other symptoms. could this be covid, and if so besides a test how can i determine if is or isnt?

Yes/you can't: Many of the symptoms of covid-19 overlap with other disorders, especially when the process is mild. Only proper testing can sort out this issue from rhinovirus or other viruses that can cause a similar pattern.

COVID 19 concerns: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6 F (37.5 C), Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. There are a number of free apps you can use to look at your risk.
