Doctor can evaluate: If a child has symptoms of headaches, fever,and vomiting, and symptoms persist and worry her parents, such a child needs to see her doctor. For example, these symptoms can be viral (may be the flu) but also can be from a strep throat or gastrointestinal infection... which means the child may need antibiotics to stop the bacteria causing the infection, IF the cause is bacterial.
