Acute Gastritis:: Possibly has stomach virus. Make sure she drinks more fluid in the form of sips of pedialyte, water, ice cube, etc. Otc Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25 mg 2-3 times/d for 1-2 days help if vomiting is mild. Ibuprofen gelcap, 200 mg x 2 cap, 6-8 hourly for fever and headache. Food: banana, rice, applesauce, toast, chicken/soup, crackers. If vomiting not better, will need er visit for IV fluid and med to stop vomiting.

Go to ER or Doc now!: You should take her to a doctor or emergency room right now! I am even more concerned since they have an outbreak of meningitis in princeton (thats somewhat in your area - new jersey) for the last couple of days.
