Basic facts: The expected final male height is 1/2 the combined parental heights plus 2.5 inches plus or minus an inch. That would place your expected final height at 5'8.5". An x-ray of your wrist/hand can show if you can grow more if the growth centers are open. If closed as many are at 17 you may be finished. No diet, exercise or med can change your height if growth centers are closed.
