Some cat fur from i think its tail got on my face but i don't think it went in my mouth. i washed my face immediately with soap and water and rised with mouth wash. would this be enough to prevent any sort of infection or disease? is fur a vector?

No: Fur does not transmit vector mediated diseases, still can cause trouble if inhaled in the form of an allergic reaction.
